The selection of flavours offered during the year is over one hundred, with up to forty different ones you can find every day. Of all ice-cream flavours, hazelnut from Piedmont’s Langhe Hills, pistachio from Bronte, pine nuts from Viareggio, as well as cream with caramel almond, pistachio with chocolate chips, and “Cuneese” (chocolate with rum) stand out.
